School websites should have an Accessibility Policy that is posted prominently on their website which informs those with disabilities (particularly those with visual, hearing, or manual impairments or who require the use of assistive technology to access information on the internet) that if they have difficulty accessing information on their website, they can contact their webmaster, who will make appropriate accommodations to ensure prompt access to the content on their website.
